Build your own internal
prediction marketplace.
Forecast smarter.

Commazaar helps your team trade on business questions with virtual tokens, like * or * , but private to your company.

How it works

1

Create markets

Admins post forecast questions with locked resolution criteria, so everyone knows exactly how a market settles.

2

Trade with tokens

Your team buys and sells outcome shares using monthly tokens. Live odds update as people trade.

3

Resolve & rank

When the event resolves, an admin marks the correct outcome. Leaderboards update instantly by accuracy, tokens, or P/L, so you see who called it right.

Peer-reviewed research on internal markets at Google, Ford, and a Fortune 500 conglomerate found they outperformed expert forecasts by up to 25%. (Cowgill & Zitzewitz, Review of Economic Studies, 2015)

Built for teams

Multi-tenant isolation

Each company's data is fully isolated. Zero cross-org leakage.

Locked resolution criteria

Markets define resolution rules at creation, no ambiguity after the fact.

Custom leaderboards

Rank by accuracy, tokens, or P/L, by division, topic, or company-wide.

Roles & divisions

Owners, admins, and participants, with markets scoped to the right teams.

Fair by design

Everyone starts each month on equal footing, no one can bet the house.

Full audit trail

Every trade, invite, and admin action logged, so you always know who did what and when.

FAQs

What is Commazaar?
Commazaar is a private prediction marketplace for companies. Your team forecasts real business questions, trades internal tokens on outcomes, and competes on leaderboards, like Polymarket or Kalshi, but scoped to your organization.
Who can see our markets?
Only members of your company. Every organization is fully isolated with its own markets, members, tokens, and audit trail. You control access by division, invite list, or company-wide.
How does trading work?
Markets support a live order book (bids and asks match in real time) or simpler fixed-stake predictions. Admins choose per market. Everyone starts with a monthly token balance.
Can we try it before signing up?
Yes, use the live demo to explore economy markets with a real order book and 5,000 demo tokens.
Do employees pay anything to participate?
No. Your company pays for seats. Employees trade with tokens your organization allocates, at no cost to them.
Can any employee create a market, or only admins?
Admins create and resolve markets. Participants can submit market ideas or resolution disputes for admins to review, so the whole team can shape what gets forecast, but only admins control what goes live.
How are markets resolved?
Resolution criteria are locked when a market is created and cannot be changed afterward. When the event occurs, an admin resolves the market to the correct outcome, and results are reflected immediately in leaderboards and standings.
What happens if we disagree with how a market was resolved?
Participants can flag a resolution through the built-in dispute inbox, and admins review it. Commazaar isn't the referee. Resolution stays entirely in your organization's control, based on the criteria your admins set when the market was created.
What happens to unused tokens each month?
Your organization chooses whether unused tokens roll over or reset at the start of each month.
Do you support single sign-on (SSO)?
Yes. Google OAuth, email sign-in, and SAML/OIDC SSO are all supported per organization.
Is there an on-premise option?
Yes. Enterprise customers can run Commazaar entirely on their own infrastructure, with unlimited seats, under a separate license.
What security measures does Commazaar have in place?
Each organization's data is isolated from other customers. Authentication is handled by Stytch, with Google sign-in, email codes, and SAML/OIDC SSO available per organization. Sensitive fields such as member names, emails, market text, and comments are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) in MongoDB. The app uses security headers, a content security policy, CSRF protection on state-changing requests, rate limiting, and Cloudflare Turnstile on sign-in flows. Role-based access controls limit who can create markets, resolve outcomes, or change admin settings, and trades, invites, and admin actions are logged in an audit trail. Payment card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store it on our servers.
Is this legal?
Commazaar uses virtual tokens only. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real money or cryptocurrency. Your company decides whether and how to reward participants (for example, leaderboard recognition, internal prizes, or no rewards at all). Laws on workplace incentives and games of skill vary by state and country, so review your local rules before offering any real-world rewards.
