How does the $1 trial work?
$1 covers your first 7 days with full platform access for up to 25 users. After signup, you choose a paid tier and enter your payment method before accessing the app. You will see the exact monthly price and billing date before entering your card.
What will I be charged after the trial?
After 7 days, your card is charged the monthly rate for the tier you selected. For example, $49/mo for 1-50 seats, $129/mo for 51-150 seats, $299/mo for 151-500 seats, or $599/mo for 501-1,500 seats. Move the pricing slider to see each tier. The checkout screen shows your exact charge date and amount before you enter your card.
How do I cancel?
Open your account menu, then Billing & subscription, and click Manage billing & cancel to open the Stripe portal. You can cancel in a few clicks without contacting support. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be charged the monthly plan rate.
What happens when we outgrow a tier?
Upgrade anytime from Billing & subscription. Your markets, trades, and member data carry over. Seat limits update after checkout.
Do you offer annual billing?
Checkout bills monthly through Stripe. The pricing slider shows equivalent annual totals for comparison (for example, $588/year for 1-50 seats at $49/mo). Contact sales if you need annual invoicing.
