Commazaar started as research into prediction markets as a tool for honest employee feedback. The idea was simple: when people commit to a prediction, even with virtual tokens, they tend to be more candid than they are in a survey, which gives leadership sharper insight into what the team actually thinks.

That research became a product. Teams create private forecast markets, trade shares on outcomes, and compete on leaderboards, all within your organization's own private workspace. No real money changes hands. Your organization decides whether and how to reward participants.

It's also just a fun way to get everyone involved in forecasting the questions that matter at work, from project timelines to business outcomes.
